When will my order be dispatched?

I aim to dispatch within 3 days of an order being placed. You will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way. 

I am a one person business, if for some reason I am unable to dispatch orders within the usual time-frame information will be posted on the home-page of the website.

Can my order be sent to a different address?

Yes, during checkout you have the option to enter a delivery address that is different to the billing address. The billing address must match the address that your credit or debit card is registered to, or the address held on your PayPal account.

Do you deliver Internationally?

I currently deliver to the UK, USA and Canada only.

Customs Duties & Fees

What if I'm not in to receive the delivery?

I use Royal Mail and Parcelforce as my delivery service. If no-one is home they will normally leave the parcel somewhere safe, such as with a neighbor, or return it to the Sorting Office to redeliver the next day or for you to collect. Either way, they will leave a card to let you know where your parcel is.

What are the delivery charges?

UK Delivery is free, regardless of the size or weight of your order. For International orders see here for more details.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

I use Royal Mail to deliver my parcels. I use First Class, Second Class and Standard Parcels.  The estimated delivery time for First Class is 1-2 days, Second Class 2-3 days and 3-5 days for Standard Parcels, but these times are not guaranteed. The Royal Mail only considers a parcel to be lost after 15 working days have passed, you will then be sent a replacement item, or I will refund your money if you prefer. I would also advise getting in touch with your local Sorting Office to see if they have attempted delivery. To let me know that a parcel has been delayed please email me at katherinelynasdesign@gmail.com.

Do you take commissions?

This depends on the project and my current availability. Get in touch and we can discuss it.

Can you print a custom sizes?

Unfortunately, I am not able to offer custom sizes at this time. Please see the product description to check available image sizes.


Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Can I cancel an order I've just placed?

Yes, if you want to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched please contact me at cheekychopsart.com, I will cancel the order and issue you with a refund.  An exception to this is any personalised products that have already been printed. If your order has already been dispatched see our returns policy for details.

Change of mind:

If you have changed your mind please let me know of your decision to return the item/s within 28 days of receiving your order. As soon as I receive the item back in its original condition I shall issue you a refund. Personalised items are exempt, see below.

Personalised & Custom orders:

Personalised orders are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. Personalised details are added when you place your order, and will be added as entered. If you made an error when entering your order please email me at katherinelynasdesign.com. I understand mistakes happen, so I offer a discount to re-print your order in this situation. Get in touch to discuss this with me.

Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect:

If your order is damaged/ incorrect/ faulty (custom & personalised included) let me know within 7 days of receiving your order via email, attaching a photo of the product. If your order was damaged during transit please also include photos of the damage to the packaging. I will then replace/refund your order, please specify which you would prefer. If I ask you to return the item, please send via standard rate shipping, obtaining a proof of shipping & receipt for your records (return shipping will be refunded to you). Do not return an item without agreement from me.

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct, as I will not take responsibility for parcels lost due to inaccurate/incomplete address.

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are payable by the customer. Please obtain proof of posting when returning your order, this will help recover the cost of the item should it be lost or damaged in transit. Please notify me before sending. The item must be in it's original condition and packaging. This excludes Personalised & custom orders.
