Hi, I’m Kat!
I love creating fun, quirky illustrations that make people smile.
After completing my design degree, I started working in education. I've taught learners aged from 3 to 90!
Now I create quirky illustrations, write funny stories and design greetings cards. I’m also a curator for Design Cuts, an online marketplace for creatives.
I work from my home studio in Teesside, in the north-east of England.
I'm inspired by a love of books, particularly picture books. I enjoy examining how images and words work together. Cats are one of my favourite things to draw, I love bringing out the character in animals, they are so full of personality!
